All wall and truss frames are welded in adjustable jigs to be to the precise measurements of the work shop drawings. Wall sizes that are able to be made range from 3meters by 7.5meters . Truss sizes are 12meters span in one whole frame or up to 20meters span made in 2 halves. |

After welding has been completed, the frame or truss is pulled out of the jig and placed in the painting area ready for painting. Galvanise dust is blown off with an air gun to enable the Galvanise paint to bond to the welded area. All welds are sprayed with Galvanised paint |

| Each frame and truss is marked with a join number from the work shop drawings, which makes it easier for our clients to erect when reading the house plans. All frames and trusses are stacked on top of each other and strapped together ready for delivery. |
